This Replacement Service Plan is for the S-140 Coin Machine.

All Semacon machines come with a one-year factory warranty. Purchase of a replacement warranty supersedes the standard return to factory warranty, begins at date of purchase and lasts for 3 years.

The service plan involves phone support to try to trouble-shoot problems and then if they cannot be resolved over the phone, the machine will be replaced by Semacon with an equivalent machine, new or refurbished, of the same age or newer than the original machine. Semacon will ship the replacement machine by ground service at its own expense unless expedited service is requested by customer (an expedite fee will apply).

The original machine would then be sent back to Semacon in the box used for the replacement and with the included prepaid shipping label.
